MindCare Collective supports multicultural communities in Australia by providing dementia information and resources that are easy to understand, culturally relevant, and available in multiple languages.
Through our projects, we work closely with communities to create resources that reflect real experiences and meet real needs. Each project is developed in partnership - with community members, families, carers, researchers, and service providers - to offer better support for people from all backgrounds.
