MindCare Digital

MindCare Digital is an online program that supports people from
diverse cultural backgrounds to take action early to reduce their risk of
dementia.

By working closely with communities across Australia, MindCare Digital aims to make dementia prevention more accessible and empower people to look after their brain health and wellbeing.

Co-created with South Asian, Middle Eastern, Sub-Saharan African,
and Pacific Islander communities, it offers simple, culturally relevant
tips to support brain health, like eating well, staying active, staying
connected, managing health conditions, sleeping better, drinking less
alcohol, and caring for your hearing.

The platform is easy to use on phones, tablets, or computers, and is designed to respect different cultures and traditions.
