MindCare4Women

MindCare4Women aims to empower women from Arabic, Greek,
Hindi, Punjabi, Vietnamese, and Sub-Saharan African backgrounds
with knowledge and practical lifestyle advice to help reduce their
risk of dementia.

The program will be available in two accessible formats:

Face-to-Face Program: A community-based education
program delivered in person in partnership with local groups.

Digital Program: A self-paced online version designed for
women who prefer digital learning or live in regional and
remote areas.

MindCare4Women will be co-designed with dementia and women’s
health experts, alongside women from diverse backgrounds, and
delivered in structured phases to ensure it addresses the cultural,
linguistic, and health priorities of the targeted communities.

The MindCare Digital Program will run over a three-year period.
